Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Simpli Software ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Simpli Shop Pro (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (name, email, password), business information, and any customer, vehicle, or job data entered into the Service. We may also collect usage data automatically (such as log data) to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with third-party service providers as needed to operate the Service (for example, payment processing, messaging, and hosting providers), and as required by law.
4. Cookies & analytics
Our marketing website (not the Service itself) uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:
- Essential: needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): with your permission, shows us which pages are visited and how people find us. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): with your permission, measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work, and helps us reach people who have visited our site. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose to allow them, and you can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies. We don't sell your personal information for money. Where the law treats advertising cookies as "sharing", declining them, or sending Global Privacy Control, opts you out. The Shop Pro app itself uses only the storage it needs to keep you signed in.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of your information by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
